Answering Service Portal

A white-label client portal for telephone answering services. Your clients check their messages, read call transcripts, see their billing, and update their on-call schedule without calling you.

Live at answering.stintwell.com.

Who it is for

Operators: telephone answering services running StarTel CMC, Amtelco, or any telephony system with a Zapier integration or REST API. You deploy it, add client accounts, set up billing rules, and serve it from your own domain with your own logo and colors.

Clients: the medical practices, law firms, and property managers you answer for. Each one gets an invite email, lands in a setup wizard, and uses the portal from there.

What clients can do

  • Messages

Search the inbox, filter by unread or priority, and flag a call for QA.

  • Call transcripts

Read the transcript of each call and play the voicemail.

  • Billing

See past invoices and a running estimate for the current period.

  • On-call schedule

Set the weekly schedule with escalation steps and overnight shifts. Your agents can query the current contact by API, and the schedule can push back to StarTel CMC.
